How we collect, use, and protect personal information

In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the relevant information is destroyed without delay.
However, if it is necessary to preserve it under relevant laws and regulations, the Company keeps member information for the periods prescribed by relevant laws as follows.

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

If you request correction of errors in personal information, we will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction is complete. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction results without delay so that the correction can be made.
